Happy Holidays!

The kids and I made our first Christmas cookies this year. I haven't made cookies with cutters like this since I was little. I always cheat and do it the easy way. Thanks Pillsbury! But we had a lot of fun and the kids did great! Although, I have to say that is one scary Gingerbread man. Ha ha ha!
Over the weekend we went to Grandma and Papa Berres' house to celebrate X-mas. We also celebrated Uncle Brett's birthday (the BIG 20) and Ryan's birthday (the BIG 5). We had a great weekend. Thank you Steve and Judy for EVERYTHING! We love you guys!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO RYAN!!! Wow...time goes by too fast. I can't believe my baby is 5 already! What an amazing little boy we have. Check out the new bike!

RaRa and Papa Coombes came over on Christmas Eve and spent the night so they could be here Christmas morning. The kids and I also made our first Gingerbread house. One of my best friends stopped by with her boyfriend (that we went to elementary school with) and her adorable little boy. It was great to see them!

Christmas day was one of the best Christmas's ever. Thank you Mom and Dad for our beautiful picture you had painted for us. We love it. We also loved sharing the day with you. The kids got a TON of stuff. I'm still trying to find room for everything. Although Ry thinks all his stuff should stay on his bed. Ryan's favorite gift was Optimus Prime and Brooklyn's was her new Adidas shoes from Aunt Kelly. You ROCK Kelly!

Now it's off to the Sand Dunes! Oh yeah and my birthday!

A sad note...we lost our Aunt Jewel last week. She was a wonderful person and the best Great Aunt to our kids. You will be missed!
